Good administration is essential to the ministry of a church. A church that operates smoothly can concentrate on the mission of the church instead of office supplies, insurance, weddings, weeding the flowerbeds, who's cleaning the church and what happened to the extra key to the church office. This course will explore the Church organization, office administration, financial procedures, planning and budgeting, managing the facilities, planning special events, staff relationships and more.
